How we handle your data
Plain-English answers about what we collect now, what PaySure will access at launch and what we will never do with it.
What we collect today
PaySure has not launched. Right now the only information we collect is what you give us on the waitlist or contact form: your name, email, business details and the optional context you share about your receivables and challenges.
Why we collect it
We use it to contact you about early access and launch, and to prioritise the integrations and risk signals that matter most to businesses like yours. We do not sell your details or share them with third parties for marketing.
Invoice data, when the product launches
PaySure will connect to your accounting system with read-only access to invoice and payment records, or accept a CSV export. It will never move money, initiate payments or make changes in your accounting system.
Your customers' information
Payment behaviour analysed inside your PaySure account exists to serve your business. PaySure is not a credit bureau: we do not publish, sell or syndicate ratings about your customers to other businesses.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, held on infrastructure with access limited to the people who need it to operate the service. Security practices will be documented in full before launch.
Removing your details
You can ask us to delete your waitlist or contact record at any time via the contact form, and we'll remove it.
Important limitations
PaySure provides risk indicators and decision-support based on payment behaviour. It does not guarantee payment, provide credit reporting or financial advice, and it does not predict insolvency. Credit decisions remain yours.
